New Home, New Chapter

After living back with my parents for a year I have finally been able to move into my own flat. A new home for me and Orlaith-Grace. Its is amazing the difference this past month has had on my mood. Although been back with my mum and step dad had some good points (mainly the fact it was rent free lol), I never realised how much not having my own space was affecting me. Of course this was made worse by the various lockdowns and restrictions just not been able to get out and do the things I usually would. A major worry about moving was getting Orlaith-Grace back into her own room as she had been sharing with me at my mums. I’m glad to say I have been pleasantly surprised at how well she’s done, probably due to the fact she cost be a fortune on the the décor. But who cares, as long as she has a nice room of her own that she’s happy to sleep in. We also built all her room furniture together, and she done way better than me kept me right (surely this is due to the fact she’s used to following these kind of instructions when building Lego and not just that a 7 year old can build better than me lol). Anyway here’s hoping that the good moods continue 🙂
